Vector may be resurrected
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vector_Supercars says it all far more accurately than I, so I'll let them infom you, it's worth the read.

Seen in the Sean Connery and Wesley Snipes movie "Rising Sun" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107969/ , and known in the 80's as the fastest american produced car (0 - 60 in under 4 seconds if I recall correctly) they didn't sell enough to stay in production I suppose, and didn't stay in business for sure. Reading the Wikipedia article, it's a marvel they were ever heard of, wow, what a mess!
