2011 Aston Martin V12 Zagato

Featuring a new handcrafted aluminium body, the Aston Martin V12 Zagato delivers a beautiful and muscular design not probable using pre-formed panel techniques. Using the influences and skill of nearly 100 years of heritage in the craft, every aluminium panel was shaped using an English wheel and traditionally crafted body bucks. Each front wing alone comprises seven divide pieces of aluminium, combined and then hand finished to give one flowing form. Another iconic Zagato design cue is the double bubble roof shaped in this case from five divide pieces illustrating further the strength of craftsmanship concerned in the construction of the V12 Zagato.

Designed for the focused driver, the V12 Zagato has been honed with pure driving pleasure in mind. The V12 Zagato combines Aston Martin’s most dynamic bonded aluminium platform with the power of the 6.0-litre V12 engine producing 510 bhp (380 kW / 517 PS), and 570 Nm (420 lb ft) of torque.

The V12 Vantage which forms the basis of the V12 Zagato has been established on the race track as early as 2009 with a class win in its debut race at the 24 hour race at Nürburgring whilst being close to production standard with only necessary safety modifications, reduced weight and re-tuned suspension but no extra aerodynamic enhancements. In 2011 the car has gone on to form the basis of the new Aston Martin GT3 race car unveiled last month.

Aston Martin V12 Zagato specification includes a bonded aluminium platform customized with a bespoke steel roll cage, front and rear double wishbone suspension with fully adaptable Multimatic DSSV Dampers and a 120ltr survival racing fuel tank.

2011 Audi A1 clubsport quattro

The heart of the Audi A1 club sport quattro is a classic Audi gasoline engine – a five-cylinder unit displacing 2.5 liters with turbo charging and straight fuel injection. Compared with the version used in the Audi TT RS and RS 3 Sportback on which it is based, the output of the TFSI has been augmented dramatically to 370 kW (503 hp) and 660 Nm (486.79 lb-ft) of torque. Maximum power is obtainable between 2,500 and 5,300 rpm.

The powerful engine catapults the car from 0 to 100 km/h (62.14 mph) in 3.7 seconds. From 0 to 200 km/h (124.27 mph) takes just 10.9 seconds, while the car goes from 80 to 120 km/h (49.71 to 74.56 mph) in fourth gear in just 2.4 seconds. A six-speed manual transmission and quattro permanent all-wheel drive, both taken from the TT RS and enhanced, deliver the power to all four wheels. Top speed is governed at 250 km/h (155.34 mph).

Flying Lizard unveiled a remembrance livery for the No. 80 and No. 81 Flying Lizard Porsches for the 2011 24 Heures du Mans. Created by California-based artist Troy Lee, the livery celebrates the history of Porsche at Le Mans, featuring the 28 drivers who have won the 24 Heures du Mans overall in a Porsche. The No. 80 and No. 81 designs are the same, implemented in complementary colors: candy metallic orange for the No. 80 and candy metallic blue for the No. 81; both anchored by a deep ocean blue. Primary colors offer a backdrop for the driver names and flags which weave throughout the design on the Porsche 911 GT3 RSR.

2011 G-Power BMW M3 GTS

A version of the famous and globally proven G-POWER M3 “Sporty Drive” supercharger system, adapted specially for the BMW M3 GTS raises the standard output from 450 hp to 635 hp and 630 Nm of torque. The ex works unbreakable engine block of the BMW M3 GTS along with a forged crankshaft and reinforced con rods are the basis for this augment of the output maximum from 600 HP (standard M3) to 635 HP (M3 GTS).

http://autocargotransport.blogspot.com/

On the exhaust side, a lightweight, all-titanium exhaust system made by G-POWER delivers the necessary decrease in exhaust back pressure. The exhaust, developed purposely to suit the requirements of the SK II supercharger system, is equipped with 100 cpsi metal catalytic converters. The engine control unit software, which controls the setup for the V8, was also developed by G-POWER for the BMW M3 GTS.

http://autocargotransport.blogspot.com/

The G-Power BMW M3 GTS with 635 hp completes the normal sprints from 0-100 km/h and 0-200 km/h in 4.2s and 11.9s. Even more impressive: from 100 km/h to 200 km/h it takes the G-POWER M3 GTS 2.2s less than the standard M3 GTS. Top speed is 323 km/h. These figures have been clocked by a German car periodical during their latest test of the G-POWER M3 GTS.

The price for the 635 hp G-POWER SK II supercharger system for the BMW M3 GTS is EUR 23,500.000 (excl. tax) plus fitting.
